FALLSONLINE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. Open to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older, except employees of Digitel or their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, advertising or promotional sponsors and members of their immediate families or persons living in the same household. 2. TO ENTER: Complete the online entry form, One entry per household; additional entries will be voided. All entries, ideas and submissions ("Materials") become the property of Fallsonline, which may use such Materials in connection with its programming, its Web site, or for any other purpose determined by Fallsonline, without further approval or the payment of compensation to you. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply.
